Service Description:
Manta Group Outsourcing Governance Services is used by mid to large organizations to define and implement a set of comprehensive processes and metrics designed to ensure that the organization can proactively manage its service levels with suppliers.
Service Scope:
Manta Group Outsourcing Governance Services is comprised of analysis of existing and/or new contracts and agreements where vendors/partners are engaged in delivering a set of services and/or products for the organization. The analysis results will include financial and performance metrics with the vendor/partner cost and value clearly articulated and baselined against internal and external metrics. The analysis results are then used to develop a comprehensive action plan, including score cards that measure and report the cost and value for the outlined services.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- The Manta Group has extensive experience in developing outsourcing agreements and management in accordance with best practices such as CobiT and other publicly available and tested methodologies.
- Our consultants have at least 5 years experience in developing and implementing effective and efficient management of outsourcing.
