Service Brief:
Customer Requirement - A project management methodology existed. However, the client was unsure how effective, efficient or integrated it is within the organization. Client wanted to establish a project management methodology with standardized processes whose benefits are measurable.
Manta Solution - Manta Group consultants reviewed the current PM methodology and standardized the project management processes based on best practices (PMBoK and CobiT) that improved project performance; provided consistency and repeatability across all projects; advanced organizational efficiency; enhanced project manager competency and reduced risk of project failure. Process controls and performance metrics were developed to ensure that processes were integrated and benefits were quantifiable and measurable. A subject matter expert was deployed for a total effort of 60 days.
