Our consultants have expertise in assessing project management maturity across PMBoK's Nine Knowledge Areas. The consultant builds organizational consensus on the appropriate target level of maturity and gaps based on specific goals, strategies, resource capabilities, scope, and needs determined during the comprehensive assessment.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- The Manta Group has extensive experience developing, operating and implementing project management processes in accordance with best practices defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Our consultants have at least 5+ years experience in project management including performing project management maturity assessments and developing project management methodologies.
Service Brief:
Customer Requirement - After taking on a number of ad-hoc initiatives in developing their project management capabilities, the client would like to have a project management maturity assessment conducted.
Manta Solution - Use RAPID to build consensus on the vision of organizational project management. Conduct a comprehensive assessment on the state of organizational project management maturity for all of PMBoK's nine knowledge areas. Maturity models are developed for both the current and desired states. A gap analysis is performed on the best practices and capabilities required to be implemented and subsequently a roadmap for improvement is established to attain the desired level of maturity. A subject matter expert was deployed for a total effort of 40 days.
