The Manta Group provides holistic services to govern your IT Investments through the implementation of a project governance framework. Project governance focuses on the gating processes, rules and regulations for which IT projects function and the mechanisms and metrics put in place to ensure compliance with those standards.

Our project management consultants have expertise in developing and implementing a project governance structure to help organizations ensure they have effective decision-making and gating processes, secure buy-in from key stakeholders and develop the metrics (KPI's) and capabilities to effectively deliver projects that provide auditable and measurable value.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- The Manta Group has extensive experience developing, operating and implementing IT Governance and Project Governance frameworks with best practices defined by the Control Objectives for Information and related Technologies (CobiT), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Our consultants have at least 5+ years experience in IT Governance and Project Governance with both theoretical and real-life experience acquired by holding positions as Information Technology Executives and CIO's.
