Manta Group ‘AAA’ risk management framework is used by mid to large organizations to establish a set of comprehensive risk management processes for technology, processes and people involved in creating productive assets through expenditure of capital and/or operating budgets.
Service Scope:
Manta Group ‘AAA’ risk management framework is comprised of three distinct and inter-dependent phases. The first phase is called Risk Assessment where the Manta Group leverages publicly available methodologies and best practices to assess the organization's risk characteristics in a specific domain area such as technology, projects, change management processes, outsourcing skills, etc. The second phase is called Risk Analysis where the Manta Group develops a customized baseline for threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation controls reflecting the organization's priorities and challenges by leveraging NIST and CobiT best practices. In the final phase of Risk Action, the Manta Group works with the client to establish the processes and roles needed to operationalize the risk assessment and risk analysis as an ongoing process with limited dependency on external consultants. The Risk Action phase also includes implementation strategies for control mitigations that best reflect the organization's affordability and tolerance for risk.
