The solution had to provide reporting that could be shared with the executive team.

An Assessment, Analysis and Action model was built to reflect the organizations tolerance for risk, eliminating the dependency on individual experience to determine the company's level of exposure. Each phase is about 20 days worth of effort and will ensure implementation, knowledge transfer and target achievement.
