Service Description:

The Manta Group provides expert consultants to manage related service management processes at our customer sites. Through effective knowledge transfer, our customers are able to build internal capabilities without experiencing service disruptions.

Service Scope:

Our consultants have expertise in the following service management processes; Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Level Management and Configuration Management.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • The Manta Group has extensive experience building, operating and transferring service management processes in accordance with best practices defined by the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Our consultants have at least 5 years experience in an operational environment with responsibility for managing specific processes. In addition to this experience, they will have at a minimum, a practitioner level certification in their respective area of expertise.

Service Brief:

Customer Requirement - Build and operate a Service Level Management process to support an e-commerce initiative.

Manta Solution - Provide a subject matter expert and practitioner in service level management to build an appropriate framework and process to support business and user requirements. Consultant managed the process for a period of six months to ensure implementation, knowledge transfer and target achievement. During that time, reporting was established to allow for ongoing communication.
