The Manta Group respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Manta’s Web site.
Part I. Information Collection
The Manta Group collects information through our Web site via our visitor contact form. We collect the following voluntary information about our visitors, should they choose to disclose it: name, company name, email address, phone number and any message as left by the visitor (“Contact Information”).
Visitors retain the right to access Contact Information submitted by them via the visitor contact form. These messages are securely forwarded through the site to the appropriate persons within The Manta Group to respond, at their discretion, to the questions or comments. Contact Information may be used to follow up on a visitor's interest for business-related purposes. These purposes include informing the user about The Manta Group services that may be of interest, or to contact the user as part of the process of business development.
Upon request, The Manta Group will use reasonable efforts to allow visitors to update/correct Contact Information previously submitted which the visitors state is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Also, upon a user's request, The Manta Group will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her Contact Information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions. User updates of Contact Information submitted should be handled by resubmitting the form or via email to communications@mantagroup.com. The Manta Group uses Google Analytics to collect general traffic data that is not personally identifiable information. We collect demographic data in order to understand where our visitors are visiting the Manta Group website from and how they are using the site.
